  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 03:20 PM – 11:50 PM

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 11:40 PM – 07:20 AM

Adecco is hiring immediately for this temp-to-hire Production Operator job with one of Everett's leading employers in Everett, WA. Weekly pay starting at $20.24 - $22.24 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). We have openings on multiple shifts and can help you find the best shift to fit your schedule.

These Production Operator jobs require a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience and a High School Diploma/GED as well as the ability to read, speak, and write English for safety and training purposes. Candidates must also have basic computer skills, be familiar with the use of hand and power tools and be able to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams. The ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. is also a required skill! As an Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, loading raw materials, and monitoring production to ensure parts meet quality standards. You'll join a team that values hands-on experience, continuous improvement, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
