In this production operator role, you'll be responsible for checking products for quality. This is a second shift opportunity with weekly paychecks, benefits, and valuable experience.

Location: Rogers, MN
Pay: $18+/hr.
Hours: 3 pm – 11 pm, Monday – Friday

Job duties of the production operator:
  • Check products at the beginning and throughout the shift to confirm quality standards are met
  • Rework product as needed in conjunction with the assembly department
  • Pack and inspect parts according to the inspection processes sheet
  • Fill out labels and report production accurately
  • Make boxes for parts to be shipped in
  • Keep work area clean/organized
Requirements of the production operator:
  • Lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Attention to detail
  • Effectively communicate in English both verbal and written
  • Stand for extended periods of time and/or walk around the shop
  • Hand and power tool experience is a plus
  • Work in a loud environment
