This position acts as a central connector between production, supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams, ensuring seamless workflows and timely delivery of products.

What You’ll DoOperations & Performance Management
- Lead the preparation and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (KPIs, output, schedule adherence)
- Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
- Partner with leadership to develop and refine KPIs aligned with business goals
- Drive data collection and analysis to support operational improvements and strategic decisions
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Track production progress and proactively mitigate delays or bottlenecks
- Oversee inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation
