We’re seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to play a key role in driving efficiency, coordination, and performance across our warehouse and production operations. This position acts as a central connector between production, supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams, ensuring seamless workflows and timely delivery of products.

What You’ll DoOperations & Performance Management
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (KPIs, output, schedule adherence)
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
  • Partner with leadership to develop and refine KPIs aligned with business goals
Data & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive data collection and analysis to support operational improvements and strategic decisions
  • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track production progress and proactively mitigate delays or bottlenecks
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
  • Oversee inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation
  • Monitor raw materials and finished goods, escalating shortages and coordinating replenishment
  • Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure on-time material availability
Production & Workflow Coordination
  • Support production scheduling and work order execution
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of floor documentation, material lists, and travelers
  • Coordinate material staging and warehouse readiness for production
Compliance, SOPs & Training
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support employee training, safety initiatives, and quality audits
