  • Support on-set production for UGC, podcast, lifestyle, and social content shoots
  • Help set up and organize camera, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Work alongside Creative Strategists and our Creative Producer to execute creative briefs
  • Assist with creator and talent management during shoots
  • Help source props, wardrobe, and production materials as needed
  • Ensure footage, assets, and files are properly organized post-shoot
  • Support production operations, equipment organization, and studio upkeep
  • Help maintain smooth communication across creators, editors, and production team members
  • Be proactive in solving on-set challenges and supporting the team wherever needed
REQUIREMENTS
  • Recent college graduate
  • Strong interest in content production, filmmaking, social media, or creative marketing
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn on set
  • Familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and/or editing tools
  • Interest in short-form content, creators, and paid social marketing
  • Previous internship, freelance, student film, or creator experience is a plus but not required
BENEFITS
  • Paid internship
  • Hands-on experience working with a high-performing creative and marketing team
  • Exposure to fast-growing consumer and tech brands
  • Mentorship from experienced Creative Strategists and Creative Producer
  • Collaborative in-office environment in NYC
  • Potential for full-time opportunities based on performance
