The Operations Coordinator is the conduit between Sales, Service and the Customer, focusing their efforts on execution of all service, installation and transportation work, including managing third-party contractors in the Service Centre. The successful candidate will be integral to executing ATCO's proven processes, maintaining safe working conditions, and ensuring quality standards are improved every day.  This is a full-time, permanent, onsite opportunity based at our la Prairie, Quebec location

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service work on modular buildings within our rental fleet, maintain orderly and safe yard conditions while ensuring facility and office maintenance is completed.

  • Prepare and control schedules, installations, and modular building renovations

  • Coordinate transportation with carriers on all incoming and outgoing, coordinate with clients on delivery and pick up timelines

  • Administer Bill of ladings and prepare yard count and fleet utilization reports on a regular basis

  • Assist outside sales team in sales operations such as pricing, preparing rental and sales quotes and maintain all sales related paperwork 

  • Accountable for maintaining equipment, conducting inspections, and facilitating repairs regularly as needed.

  • Monitor material levels, submit timely material requisitions for all repair and maintenance materials and consumables.

  • Maintain oversight of fleet logistics, including delivery and pickup of fleet assets.

  • Respond to routine requests from sales teams on equipment availability and pending rentals.

  • Maintain accurate service work order documentation, photos and inspection reports.

  • Maintain ongoing administrative and client communication, advising stakeholders and clients on project progress, addressing issues and deficiencies as required

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Bilingual, Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.

  • 5+ years of experience and/ or education background in a similar role industry in construction, modular building installations, equipment rentals, commercial or residential remediation 

  • Proven ability to work in an autonomous, high volume and fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in completing entries in Microsoft Excel and executing basic tasks like photo uploads, scanning and organizing inspection sheets, purchase requisitions and schedules.
