Job description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Metal Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the production and fabrication of metal products by operating machinery, handling materials, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery and equipment used in metal fabrication.
  • Cut, bend, drill, grind, and assemble metal components according to production specifications.
  • Read and follow work orders, manufacturing instructions.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely.
  • Inspect products for quality and report defects or equipment issues.
  • Measure materials accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

  • No experience required – we provide on-the-job training.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety conscious.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
