Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production workflows, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for color and quality.
Responsibilities:
• Write up job workflows and put into production.
• Create production schedules.
• Good eye for color and quality.
• Good communication skills.
• Manage all projects from start to finish, making sure schedules and quality are maintained.
• Managing production team and assigning work.
• Manage packing for shipping.
• Oversee shipping logistics and tracking of all deliverables.
• Sourcing and qualifying new print materials
• R&D for new projects, figuring out production process with very keen attention to detail and quality.
• Must be a problem solver to solve problems that come up along the way.
• Microsoft excel (Medium Level)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
