Ranew's Companies is seeking an experienced and professional Production Manager to join our team in Olathe, KS.

Job Description

The Production Manager supports ongoing business success by leading our internal plant operations teams in all areas related to safety, quality and delivery to our customers. This key leadership role will manage a production team to ensure company objectives are met in a timely manner. This role will require the individual to be equipped with strong leadership skills, effective communication, conflict resolution and time management skills.

Location: Olathe, KS
Salary: TBD (Highly Competitive, based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Production Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Ensure a safe work environment is maintained within the plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, productivity, quality, and health & safety standards.
  • Coach, support, and train all production employees related to all internal processes.
  • Assist in the production planning and control process for alignment with customer service levels and internal operations planning.
  • Help support the management of shipments, receipts, and inventory on all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Responsible for all aspects of product quality, including process documentation, audits, customer communications, and internal processes and procedures.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
  • Manage employee absenteeism, timekeeping, and productivity performance.
  • Coordinate departmental maintenance and system performance standards through the required internal systems.
  • Collaborates and communicates with logistics, customer service representatives, outside service providers, and others involved in the production processes.
  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Detail orientated with the ability to multitask multiple priorities at once.
  • Ability to use multiple computer systems and programs.
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
