Job description

JOB IS LOCATED IN KY. GENEROUS RELOCATION PKG. PROVIDED

High tech screen printing company in KY is expanding operations. They are hiring for a Screen Printing Operator for 1st shift.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set up, operation and maintenance of the flat bed rotary wide format screen presses.
  • Read and interpret job orders and print jobs according to client specifications.
  • Inspect printing and make adjustments as needed during press runs.
  • Work closely with printing crews to ensure jobs meet and/or exceed client expectations.
  • Work closely with print supervisor to ensure that quality and on-time production specs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience operating screen presses (rotary, web-fed preferred).
  • Experience printing on textiles a plus.
  • Focused on high quality printing while maintaining a clean and safe work space.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent color matching and registration experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic math and reading skills.

Stating salary $80,000 - $90,000
