Job Description
  • We are seeking a skilled Printing Operator to join our family-owned label printing company in West Michigan. In this role, you'll operate flexographic presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play a key part in our fast-paced manufacturing team. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude and experience in flexo printing, screen printing, prepress, and color management. Your attention to detail, knowledge of quality control, and eye for graphic design will help maintain our high production standards.

Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS.
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 40 hours per week

Pay:
  • Starting wage based on flexographic printing experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
  • Install anilox rolls, inks, substrates, dies, and plates
  • Adjust print-to-print and print-to-die registration
  • Perform startup checks and quality approvals
  • Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of flexographic press experience required
  • Preferred: Experience with Mark Andy P5 press
  • Preferred: Experience with Digital Printing Presses
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with various label stocks and ink systems

$22 - $26 an hour
