Join our plant leadership team as a Sr Technical Maintenance Manager at our egg roll food manufacturing factory in the Houston, TX area, leading our team members in Pasadena and Deer Park.

What You Will Do:
  • Responsible to ensure that all work and equipment is performed in a safe manner and that all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is worn as necessary and all employees receive the proper safety training in accordance with Company, Local, State, and Federal OSHA rules and regulations. 'Leave no space unsafe'!
  • Lead the entire maintenance team and disciplines, covering multiple shifts, fostering development through mentoring and training.
  • Drive equipment reliability and uptime through root cause analysis (RCA), preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage maintenance activities, capital projects, and process optimization to support operational goals and maximize asset utilization.
  • Collaborate with production, FSQ, continuous improvement, and safety teams to resolve equipment and facility issues efficiently.
  • Monitor performance using operational, quality, and MES/SAP data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure cost-effective solutions.
What We Look For:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant maintenance leadership experience, in food manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on accountability and ownership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Flexible, hands-on leader capable of supporting all shifts.
Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $104,625 to $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
