Now Hiring: Packaging Machine Operators—Join a Leading Plastic Food Container Manufacturer in Holley, NY!
We are looking for Packaging Machine Operators to join our top-tier manufacturing client in Holley, NY. These temp-to-hire roles feature a rotating schedule: work just 12 days each month (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, etc.).
Shift Options & Pay:
  • Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm ($17.98/hr)
  • Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:30am ($19.54/hr)
Primary Responsibilities:
As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will:
  • Operate and oversee packaging machines to meet production and quality targets
  • Quickly report any equipment, safety, productivity, or quality concerns to the Shift Supervisor
  • Conduct regular visual and functional inspections of products for quality consistency
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures, including correct use of PPE
  • Keep your work area tidy and organized, and assist with smooth shift transitions through clear communication and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production and address any issues
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must have basic math and reading skills
  • Able to follow safety and quality guidelines
  • Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and performing moderate physical tasks (standing, reaching, bending, moving around)
