Responsibilities
Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Machine Operator, located in Austin Texas. This role sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. This person works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Also does checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.
o Perform basic set-ups and operate machines in more than one assigned area
o Operate complex equipment and machines in a safe manner
o Fit, align and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirements
o Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications
o Identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity
o Maintain logs and other necessary documents
o Work with direct supervision
o Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

o Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practices
