What You'll Do:
  • Load handheld Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs) onto the production line for sanitation processing
  • Inspect RPCs for quality and remove waste material, stickers, tags, damaged RPCs, and non-Tosca RPCs from incoming inventory prior to sanitation
  • Monitor RPCs as they move through the line and adjust input/output as needed to maximize throughput
  • Unload RPCs from the end of the production line and inspect them to ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Sort sanitized containers by size and type and stack finished product neatly and safely
  • Repair damaged RPCs as appropriate
  • Monitor and inspect supplies and materials used during processing
  • Demonstrate understanding and compliance with all GMP standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sanitizing the production line as needed
  • Identify safety concerns or hazards and report them promptly
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as needed within the plant
What We Are Looking For:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift and move 30–50 lbs regularly
  • Warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to understand and operate automated machinery using touchscreens and switch panels
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions (quality standards, machine work instructions, etc.)
  • Ability to work safely and follow required safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and chemical handling
  • Ability to understand and comply with company and service center rules, policies, and procedures
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime or adjusted hours based on business volume and operational needs
Pay and Perks:
  • Pay: $17.00 an hour (plus a shift differential of $0.50 on 2nd shift)
