We’re looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands‑on work, operating equipment, and being part of a fast‑paced production environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll help keep production running smoothly while maintaining our high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate filler machines and related production equipment
  • Monitor product quality and equipment performance throughout your shift
  • Perform changeovers and basic adjustments as needed
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Rotate between filling lines to support daily production needs
  • Partner with team leads and maintenance to reduce downtime and improve processes

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • This role offers both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities, with a flexible schedule allowing employees to choose between four 10‑hour shifts or five 8‑hour shifts. No weekend work required.
