Job description

The production floater will move throughout the production line helping complete tasks as prioritized by the Manufacturing Manager to fill in for absentees as well as assist areas in times of difficult line mix or heavy work schedules. These tasks would include, but not restricted to, framing, paint, tile, electrical, flooring, and rework.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of blueprints, production orders and the ability to layout and build products accurately from them.
  • Knowledge of the entire production line.
  • Have a high regard for quality work.
  • Must be able to use a staple and nail gun, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, and other equipment as required by the specific job.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:
  • High School Diploma, or GED, preferred
