Job description

Shift: 5:00 PM-5:15 AMHourly Rate: $28.35 an hour
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the operation of our production and office facilities at the Henning Conagra plant, where we produce PAM cooking spray. You will join a team of 200 associates and help keep our production environment running safely, efficiently, and reliably through maintenance expertise and daily operational support.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • You will troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, repair, and test parts and components on plant and production equipment.
  • You will reference manuals, repair guides, parts manuals, and diagrams to diagnose and resolve equipment concerns.
  • You will use hand and power tools to remove, install, rebuild, repair, and test parts and equipment.
  • You will complete electrical and pneumatic work on production machines.
  • You will support food safety and quality standards in all work performed.
  • You will participate in process improvement efforts to strengthen reliability and performance across the plant.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and use hands frequently in a physical manufacturing setting
