What You'll Do:

  • Hand package filled containers into cardboard boxes as they progress down from conveyor line and tape boxes and ready for palletizing;
  • Observes & fills inclusions into proper equipment and sets controls to meet recipe requirements;
  • Inspect filled container to ensure product is packaged according to specifications;
  • Check for leaks and other minor defects;
  • End of shift prepare for sanitation process. Disassemble equipment parts for washing;
  • Perform housekeeping tasks on shift;
  • Perform other duties and activities that may be assigned.

What You Need to Get the Job Done:

  • High School Diploma required or a combination of equivalent experience;
  • Previous machine operator or packing experience strongly preferred ideally from a food/beverage manufacturing environment;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with others in a respectful, positive and collaborative manner;
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks;
  • Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions (i.e. lifting up to 25kg);
  • Able to work as a team member.
