Job Details:Job Description:

The Production team executes to meet this vision 24x7 within our Front-End wafer fabs. The TFSM Production Shift Line Coordinator (LineCo) owns the shift segment tactical execution within the Front-End wafer fab. This position is for a compressed workweek role that works alternating three and four-day work weeks, with availability on shifts 4/5/6/7. Shift placement will be determined based on Production department's needs, may require night shift schedule.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Line limiters identification and tracking, Drumbeat (DB) adjustments and monitoring, Queue Time (QT) Loops management (shared resources and inventory control), Limiters and loops downtime coordination (in collaboration with the Areas).

Line management and optimization: Segment and line Bottle neck tools detection, tracking and optimization through shift and engineering resource. Interpret segment graphs and utilize key features of dashboard to manage the line. Apply UE reports to monitor utilization/OEE and understand factory fungibility process in support of velocity (DPML) metrics.

WIP management: Apply knowledge of process lockouts, demonstrate the ability to interpret Information dispatch, and understand key tools and run rules/responses to manage WIP. Determine lot properties, such as if a lot is split, where it will split/merge, if there are ad hoc metro steps added, who added special processing flags to lots, and how to find where lots are while x-sited, in transit, in SIPs, or in Fab. Demonstrate knowledge of PX2, ECHO, AMPX lookup, and identify static WIP and execute escalation process.

Critical Queue Time (CQT): Understand and manage CQTs to assure quality expectations are met. Understand Lot dispatch lines for CQT information, read CQT Dashboard and Needle Graphs, explain CQT start and end, and identify when quality report is required for CQT misses. Demonstrate and apply knowledge of CQT loop control methods and identify which module owns CQT execution and staging operations.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have at least one of the following:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent AND 4+ years of related hands-on experience OR military technical experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent AND 2.5+ years in a related operations/maintenance role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent AND 3+ year Technical/trade certification OR 3+ years technical experience.
  • Associate degree in STEM Related field AND 2+ years of related operations/maintenance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with troubleshooting tool loading optimization, excel skills and problem-solving acumen.
