Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced automotive production and warehouse environment. This role is responsible for supervising employees, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met, maintaining workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 1:30 AM, with mandatory Saturdays as needed based on customer demand.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support department employees daily.
  • Schedule resources to meet production and customer requirements.
  • Train, coach, and develop employees, including ride-along evaluations and certifications.
  • Conduct audits to ensure SOP compliance and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate vehicle processing and shipments.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Investigate accidents and complete corrective actions as needed.
  • Review and approve timekeeping in Kronos.
  • Maintain safety, productivity, and efficiency standards.
  • Communicate effectively with management, HR, quality teams, and customers.

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience with a strong employee relations background.
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly line, automotive, or warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual management principles.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and database skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, squat, kneel, climb, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
