What are the hours and pay?
1st Shift - 5:55AM-4PM Monday-Thursday , plus overtime as needed
  • Base Pay $17.30 per hour .

What is the job?
  • Responsible to meet established rates.
  • Responsible for all tooling and fixture set up.
  • Responsible for quality of parts, dimensional and visual.
  • Follow all job set up and run procedures.
  • Follow all safety procedures: Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Equipment Safety Analysis (ESA) and Area Safety Analysis (ASA)
  • Communicate with shift supervisor, tooling engineers and quality engineers.
  • Be capable of running your own operation - responsible for all reports: parts completion, time sheets, downtime and scrap report.
  • Interpret written specifications for welding the product.
  • Maintain housekeeping in your work cell.
  • Must be able to maintain and repair tooling when needed.
  • And other duties as assigned.

  • Manual dexterity required to handle parts required to meet defined rates
  • Knowledge of control charts, inspection data, quality standards, and labeling procedures
