We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Production Employee to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly.

As a Production Employee, you'll play a critical role in the manufacturing process by maintaining plant operations including picking and sorting metals, operating mobile equipment, and housekeeping/cleaning of the yard. You'll work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and keep operations moving efficiently.

Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety will be essential in delivering high-quality results and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Picking Line - Sort scrap to upgrade & remove nonconforming items
  • Clean any spillage from conveyors using both mobile equipment and hand tools.
  • Maintain Mobile and Fixed Equipment
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
  • Ability to stand/work for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more repetitively on a regular basis
  • Must be self-motivated team player, anxious and willing to learn new skills
