Location: Timberlake, NC (onsite)
Schedule: Full-time | Non-Exempt
About the Role
Voltage is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily material handling and inventory operations within our manufacturing environment. In this role, you will ensure accurate material movement, support production needs, and maintain organized warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting.
What You'll Do
  • Receive inbound shipments, verify materials against packing lists, and complete system transactions.
  • Put away raw materials and components into designated storage locations.
  • Pick and stage materials for production orders based on pick lists.
  • Deliver materials to production line-side locations and process returns.
  • Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
  • Identify and report damaged or non-conforming materials.

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • Basic computer skills with ability to learn ERP or warehouse systems.
  • Ability to read pick lists, labels, and simple documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP (MIGO, MB1B), FIFO inventory, or lot control preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
