Production Packaging Associate

Picture your shift starting strong—either at 6:30am or 3:00pm—on a clean, organized production line inside a manufacturing facility in Countryside, IL. As part of the Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. team, you’ll keep goods moving: packaging finished products, checking for quality, printing and applying labels, and getting orders ready to ship. You’ll handle light packages, support warehouse projects, and help the team reach daily goals while following company procedures and good manufacturing practices.

What you’ll do
  • Package a variety of products on a fast-paced production line
  • Inspect items and identify defects
  • Label, seal, and stage products for shipment
  • Lift and move light packages as needed
  • Prepare customer orders for on-time shipping
  • Hit daily production targets with your team
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and GMP standards
  • Jump in on warehouse and production projects as assigned
  • Keep your area clean and uphold a safe work environment
