Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading, repairing, and operating production line(s)
  • Accountable for meeting daily production goals
  • Co-leading production line, personnel schedules, production schedules, required paperwork, etc.
  • Assist with any maintenance work on company property as needed
  • Assist with repairing and installing production equipment
  • Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment
  • Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems with non-functioning equipment
  • Helps maintain cleanliness in the production, warehouse, and other storage areas
  • Any other management assigned activity
