We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Production Leader to join our team. In this role, you'll provide leadership and directly supervises and coordinate the activities of manufacturing production, shipping, and maintenance workers. The Production Leader ensures that work is processed through their department safely, efficiently and within quality standards.

What You'll Do
  • Meet Production Goals: Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals
  • Lead Communication: Confer with management and other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments & work directly with employees to resolve work related issues, quality issues, productivity issues and conduct training
  • Develop and Maintain: Maintain operations data such as productivity and material usage and report result to management.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement: Actively participates in continuous improvement and corrective action activities
