Our Operations team in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking General Labor production employees to support a variety of roles across our manufacturing processes. In this position, you will contribute to the production of high-quality pumps while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Job assignments are based on seniority and may vary depending on position availability. Open positions may include assembly, fork truck operation, stockroom and shipping. Pay rates start at $24.04 or greater depending on specific job assignment, plus $1 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. Wage adjustments every 90 days, and all benefits begin effective after 60 days.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow all established safety policies and procedures

  • Meet and maintain defined quality standards

  • Support production goals and operational efficiency

  • Work mandatory overtime as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per day)

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds

  • Ability to move throughout office and manufacturing environments

  • Comfortable with tasks requiring manual writing and computer use

  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone

  • Visual acuity for detailed work and computer tasks

  • Exposure to typical manufacturing and warehouse conditions
