Hiring Packet: Assistant Lab Manager
Job Description
Production Manager – Cannabis Operations (Garment District, NYC)
Full-time | On-site | Growth-Oriented | Women-Led Cannabis Brand
About Company
We don’t just make cannabis products, we pioneer plant-powered wellness with a fierce commitment to purity, innovation, and purpose. Based in the heart of New York City, our women-led team has built a brand rooted in integrity and intention. From cutting-edge vape technology to clean gummy formulations, every item we craft reflects our belief that cannabis can elevate body, mind, and community.
As we expand, we’re seeking someone who shares our drive, curiosity, and collaborative spirit. If you want to shape the future of a growing cannabis brand from the inside out, this is your moment.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Production Manager to support and strengthen our operational backbone in the Garment District. You’ll be the right hand to our Lab Director and the heartbeat of day-to-day activity, keeping production running smoothly, supporting quality control, and helping lead a team that believes in doing things the right way, every time.
This role is about more than keeping the lights on. It’s about stepping up, taking ownership, and positioning yourself as the future leader of additional lab operations as the company scales. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and sees every task as an opportunity to grow.

- Natural Collaborator: You get energy from being part of a team that shares wins and lifts each other up.
- Multi-Hat Mentality: You’re just as comfortable checking inventory as you are helping refine a SOP or mentoring a new hire.
- Operational Curiosity: You might not have formal cannabis lab experience, but you’re excited to dive deep into the science and process of making great products.
- Driven by Purpose: You care about the plant, the people, and the positive impact of your work.
