Join Our Growing Dental Laboratory Team
We are seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician / Full Denture Technician to join our growing dental laboratory team. If you have hands-on experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish and take pride in producing high-quality dental prosthetics, we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday opportunity with consistent daytime hours, a collaborative work environment, and opportunities for cross-training and professional development.
Job Summary
The Dental Laboratory Technician is responsible for the complete fabrication of full and partial dentures, including tooth setup, waxing, wire bending, processing, finishing, repairs, and relines.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering quality dental prosthetics while meeting laboratory production and turnaround-time standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Denture Technician, you will:
  • Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
  • Set denture teeth and complete denture wax-ups.
  • Bend wire for removable dental prosthetics.
  • Process, finish, and polish dentures.
  • Complete denture relines and repairs.
  • Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays.
  • Inspect cases for quality, accuracy, and proper finish.
  • Meet established laboratory production and turnaround-time expectations.
  • Collaborate with dental laboratory team members to ensure accurate and timely case completion.
  • Cross-train in multiple areas of the dental laboratory.
  • Periodically serve as Associate Lab Manager in the manager's absence.
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and established dental laboratory protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous professional experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician, Denture Technician, or Full Denture Technician.
  • Demonstrated experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish.
  • Ability to successfully complete a hands-on dental laboratory bench assessment.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental laboratory.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality dental prosthetics.

Preferred
  • Same-day denture experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with full and partial removable prosthetics.
