Onsite Job: Production/Inventory Coordinator A
Work Location: San Antonio, TX
Shift: Variable (1st & 2nd Shift)
Clearance: Secret Clearance (Post Start)
Education: High School Diploma/GED

Job Description:
  • Route materials to designated storage locations following established storage procedures.
  • Conduct inventory of stored materials and report any damage or deterioration.
  • Remove, issue, and prepare materials for shipment.
  • Review and analyze production scheduling requirements to ensure material availability.
  • Identify and resolve material, inventory, scheduling, and configuration control issues.
  • Perform inventory tracking and maintain material accuracy.
  • Order parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required.
  • Comply with safety regulations, tool control, FOD, housekeeping, inventory control, and company policies.
  • Support production operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
Must Haves:
  • 1+ years of warehouse inventory experience with parts accuracy and accountability.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to obtain a forklift license.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting production scheduling and inventory management.
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environments.
  • Knowledge of material control and configuration management processes.
Education/Experience:

Typically acquired through basic education (High School Diploma/GED) with relevant warehouse, inventory, or production support experience.
