Brandt Industries is seeking a Corporate Parts Inventory Coordinator to join its team in Regina, SK. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control and timely fulfillment of customer service parts across multiple facility locations. The role supports operational efficiency by maintaining inventory data, reconciling stock levels, and coordinating order flow from requisition to delivery. Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels across departments using manual and digital systems to maintain accurate stock availability and prevent shortages.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with computerized records to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery of customer service parts, coordinating inventory availability to meet demand accurately and efficiently.
