Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Specialist II will serve as a key coordinator between the internal warehouse and a third-party logistics (3PL) provider to ensure a seamless material flow that supports manufacturing operations. This role will manage inventory levels, forecast material requirements, coordinate logistics, and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders. The goal is to prevent production disruptions by maintaining timely and accurate inventory transfers and alignments.

Key Responsibilities: Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of materials from the 3PL warehouse to internal facilities.

  • Monitor and track daily shipments to align with production schedules.

  • Communicate with logistics partners to address and resolve shipment delays or issues.

  • Work cross-functionally to prevent disruptions in production due to logistics failures.

Inventory Management:
