Summary

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for warehouse inventory reconciliation while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements.          

Responsibilities
  • Supports Daily Counts of all full goods and raw package materials in the warehouse, manually or using a handheld scanner.
  • Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
  • Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
  • Work with Inventory Supervisor to supply sufficient inventory for customer orders.
  • Identify and report close dated product.
  • Create purchase orders and stock transfers.
  • Make sure that daily paperwork is in order for Audit Compliance. 
Qualifications
  • High School - GED or Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1+ years general sales experience required.
  • 2+ years sales and customer service specific experience preferred.
  • Inventory experience preferred (counting and reconciling)
  • MS Office experience (i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 40+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.
