The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and data entry support to the Inventory Control Department. This role will perform a variety of inventory-related transactions and documentation processing activities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Approximately 80% of the position is dedicated to data entry and research activities, with the remaining 20% focused on cross-training and professional development within other Inventory Control functions.

What You'll Do
  • Process inventory-related transactions and documentation within the FACTS system
  • Enter and maintain records for inventory documents requiring deletion or correction
  • Review and process Shop Use forms for materials consumed by internal departments and warehouse operations
  • Process Damaged Goods documentation and ensure accurate system updates
  • Utilize multiple business systems including FACTS , UnForm, Microsoft Office Suite to complete daily tasks
  • Perform data entry functions with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain electronic records and supporting documentation in accordance with company procedures
  • Assist with inventory audits, record verification, and reconciliation activities as needed
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures
What You'll Need
  • Previous data entry, administrative, inventory, or warehouse support experience preferred
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn multiple software platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday
