The Role:

Our site inColorado SpringsRockrimmon, COisseekingaInventory ControlCoordinatorto join our team.This roleis responsible formanaging andmaintainingaccurateinventory records, supporting material flow processes, and ensuringtimelyavailability of inventory to meet operational needs. This role requires hands-on experience in inventory control, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within a warehouse, manufacturing,anddistribution environment.

WhatYou'llDo:

  • Maintainaccurateinventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and system transactions

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis

  • Perform routine inventory reconciliations between physical stock and system records

  • Process inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns) in SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)

  • Monitor inventory metrics (accuracy, shrinkage, turnover) and recommend improvements

  • Assistin implementing inventory control procedures and best practices

  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency

  • Ability to use Fork Truck safely and effectively to support daily company and department objectives

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

  • Work in both team and cross functional environments

  • Any other duties as assigned
