Job Title:  Production Operator- Manufacturing

Location:  North Augusta, SC

Work Site:  100% on site- not hybrid

Hours:  Full time- Direct Hire position (not temp)

The Details:

Well established manufacturing operation seeks dependable production operators for long term, direct hire positions.  These are direct hire jobs- NOT temp or temp-to-hire positions.  Positions do not require heavy lifting or equipment programming.  You must be detail oriented to watch for problems with the machinery while running specific materials throughout the shift, so standing for extended periods of time is necessary.  General loading of materials into the process and removal of finished product is needed.  You will keep basic records of completed tasks and notify supervisors of any issues with the operating equipment or completed items.  Work environment is not climate controlled, but well ventilated. Dress code takes this in to consideration.  If you are interested in a long term stable job with a set schedule, good pay, and benefits- this is for YOU!  Top traits: Dependable, Detail oriented, Courteous, Fast learner.

The Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and Criminal Background check before start date.

Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend continuously throughout your shift.

Dependable and responsible for reporting to work as scheduled.

Must be able to understand and follow safety and manufacturing process guidelines at all times.

Preferred, but not required:  Previous production experience in a manufacturing setting.

The Compensation:

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with performance increases and shift differential available as needed.
