What You’ll Do

  • Read, understand, and accurately follow recipes, production sheets, and preparation instructions.
  • Prepare, cook, bake, mix, portion, wrap, label, and store food products according to company standards.
  • Safely operate kitchen and bake shop equipment including ovens, mixers, scales, slicers, processing equipment, and other production tools.
  • Maintain quality standards for raw ingredients and finished products.
  • Follow daily production schedules and assist departments based on business demands.
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, HACCP, FDA, CGMP, and ServSafe guidelines.
  • Record temperatures, production logs, and required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations, storage areas, coolers, freezers, and production spaces.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties according to department checklists.
  • Receive, check in, organize, and properly store deliveries and supplies.
  • Assist with inventory counts, product transfers, and stock rotation.
  • Communicate production concerns, supply needs, equipment issues, and product shortages to leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across departments to support efficient operations.
  • Interact professionally and positively with guests when needed in guest-visible production areas.
  • Follow proper handling procedures for raw and ready-to-eat foods.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary recipes and company processes.
  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation duties throughout and at the end of shifts.
  • Assist in other food service-related areas as assigned.
  • Must wear nonskid shoes and required safety equipment.
  • Perform all other duties as required or assigned.
