Job description

About Lift

Lift is a leading digital experience and brand strategy agency, and an AI-native one, with decades of experience and award-winning work in technology, product, and design. We partner with ambitious organizations to set brand and AI strategy, build native AI products and agents, and ship technology that moves the business forward. Our teams pair deep technical craft with strategic thinking - and we are building a reputation as the agency that helps clients lead, not follow, in an AI-native world.

We're growing, and we're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to open doors, build relationships, and bring high-value engagements through the door.

The Role

As our Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the full business development cycle for our largest and highest-value opportunities - from first conversation to signed contract. You'll be the person who finds the right rooms, builds genuine relationships, and connects what a prospect needs with what Lift does best.

You won't do it alone. You'll partner closely with our subject matter experts and executives, who join you in the room to shape solutions and earn trust. Your job is to create the opportunity, drive the relationship, and carry the deal across the line - connecting what a prospect needs with what Lift does best.

The engagements you'll pursue span brand, product, and technology - and we bring cutting-edge, AI-native approaches wherever they add value:

  • Brand strategy - positioning, identity, and go-to-market for organizations ready to stand out
  • AI strategy and roadmapping - helping leaders turn AI from a buzzword into a plan with real business impact
  • Native AI products and agents - designing and building AI-native software and intelligent agents from the ground up
  • Product development - taking ambitious ideas from concept to launch
  • Product design and user experience - crafting digital experiences people actually want to use
  • Technology implementation - the engineering and integration that makes it all work at scale

What You'll Do

  • Identify, research, and pursue new leads and prospects across target industries
  • Build and nurture long-term business relationships and a strong professional network
  • Drive business development end-to-end - from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close
  • Partner with executives and subject matter experts to scope solutions and present them with credibility
  • Represent Lift at events, in meetings, and across your network as a trusted advisor on AI, technology, and design
  • Manage your pipeline with discipline, keeping forecasts and CRM records accurate and current
  • Negotiate and usher engagements from prospect to signed contract

What You Bring

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B, enterprise, or solutions sales, with a track record of closing meaningful deals
  • A natural relationship builder and networker who's comfortable opening doors and following up
  • Strong consultative selling skills - you listen first, then connect needs to solutions
  • Clear, confident communication with both technical and executive audiences
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the discipline to manage a pipeline and hit targets
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, technology, product, and design, and the ability to speak to their value

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling agency, consulting, or professional services engagements
  • Familiarity with AI, digital products, or technology services, and the language that surrounds them
  • An existing network in industries that buy strategy, technology, or product work
  • Experience working alongside delivery teams and subject matter experts on complex sales

What We Offer

  • Base salary starting at $100,000, plus uncapped commission
  • Flexible work - fully remote or hybrid, depending on your location, with travel for client meetings, events, and networking
  • The backing of senior experts and executives who show up with you to win the work
  • High-impact, varied engagements at the leading edge of AI, technology, and design
  • A growing agency where your contribution is visible, and your wins matter

How to Apply

Apply through our careers page at https://liftinteractive.bamboohr.com/hiring/jobs. Tell us about a meaningful deal you've driven from first conversation to close - and why working at the edge of AI and technology appeals to you.

Lift is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and are committed to building an inclusive team.
