What You'll Do
- Improve manufacturing processes with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
- Lead Kaizen and cost-reduction projects.
- Support assembly, machining, CNC, robotics, tooling, and equipment improvements.
- Design and develop tooling and equipment using CAD, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Manage engineering changes, tooling projects, and equipment installations.
- Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to solve problems and implement improvements.
- Analyze data and ROI to support engineering and cost-saving decisions.
- Apply TPS, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, JIT, and PDCA principles to daily work.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Manufacturing or production engineering experience, especially assembly processes.
