Job description

Position Summary

  • The Product Configuration & Data Analyst plays a dual role in managing product data integrity and supporting system configuration across the quote-to-cash ecosystem.
  • This position is responsible for the data entry, administering and maintaining product definitions including pricing, business unit mapping, features, and release versions.
  • The role also encompasses configuring system rules, workflows, and parameters within product and pricing applications, requiring close collaboration with IT teams managing the underlying platforms and business processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in product operations, data management, or a related analyst role.
  • Experience with product configuration, pricing, or master data management.
  • Familiarity with quote-to-cash (QTC) or order management processes is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
  • Experience with ERP or product management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Pimcore)
  • Basic SQL or data querying skills & Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

The annual salary range for California is $108,500 to $201,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
