Arconic is currently in search of LEAD to join our EXTRUSION TEAM based in Springdale, AR.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Drive the day to day operational staffing
  • Keep an up-to-date schedule posted;
  • Manage training plans to bridge skills gaps and update the training/skills matrix;
  • Monitor attendance and manage violations;
  • Ensure weekly EHS and Human Resources SPL and TBT are completed and turned in on time;
  • Ensure C8 completion;
  • Manage all supplies and tooling orders;
  • Keep track of all extrusion supplies and reorder as needed;
  • Manage Production Control "Lists";
  • Manage all TPM coordination with Maintenance;
    • Manage/assign labor for each AM;
    • Complete tasks and add comments in EAM;
    • Audit AM's and provide feedback to Leads;
    • Review/revise AM tasks as needed;

Qualifications
You have: (required)
  • Prior leadership experience;
  • Must be fluent in JDE, WorkBrain, MS Suite;
  • Must have general knowledge of Extrusion processes.
  • Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting on a regular basis;
  • Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods of time.
