Salary : $80,000 – $100,000/year OR $32.75 – $48.00/hour

About:
Our client is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality operations within a precision manufacturing environment — overseeing inspections, nonconformance investigations, CAPAs, MRBs, quality systems, and production quality initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing quality leader who enjoys working directly with machinists, operators, and production teams.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Quality Leadership: lead quality operations/inspection activities, manage quality personnel and processes, maintain quality standards, drive continuous improvement
  • Quality Systems & Compliance: manage CAPA programs, lead MRB activities, investigate nonconformances, support ISO compliance, maintain quality documentation
  • Production Support: work directly with machinists/operators, review first article inspections, lead root cause investigations, resolve production quality issues
  • Auditing & Continuous Improvement: support internal/external audits, maintain quality system effectiveness, identify process improvements
 
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing quality experience with leadership experience
  • CAPA experience, MRB experience, nonconformance management
  • Blueprint reading, inspection experience, strong communication skills
