Job description

As a Production Control Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate manufacturing support activities to ensure efficient production processes and timely resolution of manufacturing issues. You will play a critical role in supporting operational excellence and driving continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.

You will report directly to our Sr. Operations Manager, and you'll work out of our Palmetto, FL location on a 100% onsite, day shift work schedule.

As the Production Control Supervisor you will oversee the planning and execution of manufacturing activities supporting the construction of coil wound heat exchangers, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role drives operational performance through effective production planning, inventory control, capacity management, and team leadership. The position requires a proactive leader who can anticipate challenges, coordinate across multiple functions, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing support or production supervision within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, materials management, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, and data analysis tools to monitor and improve production performance.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives effectively.
  • Strong focus on safety.

  • Several years of experience in manufacturing supervision or support roles, preferably in process technology or related industries.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
