Job description

Purpose of the position
  1. Over 2 years of project management or supply chain management/production control related experience, familiar with consumer electronics product processes
  2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with over 2 years of experience and ability to independently handle customer correspondence.
  3. Individuals with logical analysis capabilities and knowledge and experience in cost control are preferred.
  4. Strong sense of responsibility / capable of problem analysis and solution / good communication skills, with experience in cross-organizational coordination / resilient / positive thinking

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Based on business order forecasts and group strategy, assess capacity gaps and plan capital investments for new production lines, projects, or equipment
  2. Manage the entire process of equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and acceptance, and coordinate internal and external resources
  3. For proposals to reduce costs according to customer needs, coordinate internal evaluations and execute follow-up tracking.
  4. Collaborate closely with production manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, finance, and other departments

Education and work experience
  • Education: University and above, Major: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business English
  • 2+ years of project management or supply chain management/procurement experience, familiar with consumer electronics product processes

Working conditions
  • Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
  • This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
