Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand and maximize manufacturing efficiency.
* Create, release, monitor, and close work orders while coordinating material availability through ERP/MRP systems.
* Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to resolve scheduling issues and maintain workflow.
* Track production performance, maintain accurate inventory records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
* High school diploma or GED with 1-4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment.
* Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
