Location: Chandler, AZ (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in production control, inventory control, materials coordination, warehouse operations, manufacturing support, or a related manufacturing environment.
Position Summary
Support production planning and manufacturing execution by coordinating work orders, materials, documentation, and inventory activities. This role partners closely with Production Planning, Quality, Stockroom, and Manufacturing to ensure production flows efficiently while maintaining accurate records within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own assigned work orders after planner release through completion.
• Build manufacturing books and shop packets.
• Coordinate documentation and Tollgate activities.
• Issue, track, and return production materials.
• Monitor WIP and communicate schedule risks proactively.
• Support shortages, hot-part transactions, scrap, and inventory accuracy.
• Close completed work orders and verify documentation.
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP transactions and production records.
• Participate in daily production meetings and collaborate across departments.
• Support continuous improvement while following established procedures.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing support experience.
• Experience with work orders, inventory control, or materials coordination.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 17.64-32.74
