BSN Sports, A Varsity Achievement Brand, is looking to hire a Production AssociateAs an Embroidery Specialist, this role is responsible for assisting with the production of screen-printed material. Roles include the production, coating, and cleaning of screens used in the screen-printing process, quality check finished product based on customer specifications, assisting on press loading material and by applying ink to screens, and the movement of material throughout the facility, and the use of an RF scanner.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Reviews work order, observes specifications and any special notes, and prepares work area to start to print multi-color work.
  • Direct physical activity is required to maintain their productivity while meeting the highest quality specifications.
  • Quality check decorated garments based on customer specifications.
  • Monitor the stitching process to ensure high-quality output, checking for errors or defects.
  • Perform basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure they operate smoothly.
  • Keep track of production schedules and inventory levels of materials.
  • Work with designers and production teams to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
  • Great attention to detail and organization skills

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
