WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged team of production employees
  • Identify developmental needs and help employees grow their skills, knowledge, and confidence
  • Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality, housekeeping, and safety standards
  • Verify finished products using inspection tools including bore gages, rail gages, and micrometers
  • Interpret complex drawings, routings, and specifications
  • Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and achieve daily goals
  • Work closely with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost overall productivity
  • Partner with Production Control to schedule work, manage assignments, and maintain workflow between shifts
  • Bring your knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

  • Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential
