Job Title: Inventory Control Associate - Level I

Department: Operations
Location: Houston, Texas

Reporting to: Quality, Inventory & Continuous Improvement Manager


JOB PURPOSE:

This is a warehouse-based role responsible for supporting inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, basic problem solving, and maintaining proper labeling and documentation. Training is provided.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Perform daily Cycle Counts on a variety of products

Use a scale for counting O-rings

Follow and uphold inventory processes

Data entry

Read and respond to inventory requests

Assist with identifying and correcting common inventory issues

Maintain proper inventory labeling requirements

Shipment Spot Checks


REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • *Forklift and reach truck driving (required)
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
  • Navigate computer systems
  • Clear verbal and written communication

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Warehouse experience preferred but not required
