Description

At Nature's Lab, a division of DrVita, Inc, we are committed to producing high-quality dietary supplements that improve the lives of our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Overnight Compounding/Blending Operator to join our team. 

This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you'll mix ingredients, operate equipment, and help make the products our customers rely on every day.


What You'll Do

  • Weigh and mix ingredients by following recipes and instructions
  • Operate mixers and other production equipment
  • Keep track of batches and complete basic paperwork
  • Take samples and perform quality checks
  • Clean equipment and keep your work area organized
  • Move ingredients and finished products throughout the facility
  • Follow safety and food manufacturing rules
  • Report  equipment or quality issues to your supervisor
  • Help the team hit daily production goals

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am


Please Note: This is a physically demanding job. You'll be on your feet most of the shift, lifting and moving materials, and working in an active manufacturing environment.

Final candidate will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, as condition of employment in a GMP-regulated facility.

Requirements

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English to understand instructions, complete paperwork, and communicate safely with the team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk for most of a 10-hour shift
  • Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift
  • Regularly lift and carry up to 50-60 pounds
  • Work around powders, ingredients, and manufacturing equipment
  • Wear required PPE, including hairnets, gloves, and other protective gear
