Job description

The Dealership Wash Attendant is responsible for providing high-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing services, ensuring all vehicles meet the dealership's standards and client expectations. This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards, operating wash systems, and applying protective products. Attendants also guide vehicles into the wash area, inspect vehicles for damage, and report any issues. Maintenance duties involve performing scheduled equipment maintenance and keeping the work area clean and organized. Additionally, attendants are responsible for moving and parking vehicles, managing keys, following safety procedures, and adhering to hazardous waste disposal regulations. Providing excellent customer service and addressing client requests professionally is also part of the role.
  • Necessary skills and qualifications include strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
